Just in time for Oshkosh 2010, we have completed our flight testing and a complete vibratory stress survey on our new Lycoming O-320 propeller designed for Van's RV series of aircraft.

Service Bulletin for Jabiru Composite Blades

We have released a Service Bulletin dealing with some paint cracks that have been found by a limited number of customers on their Jabiru 2200 and 3300 composite ground adjustable propeller blades.  If you own one of these propeller please see SB-10-07-21 and follow the recommendations.

New Revision of Service Bulletin C08-1 for 2EK Hub

We have issued a new revision of Service Bulletin C08-1. This is Revision F of the bulletin and eliminates the replacement of clamping bolts on the 2EK series of hubs for our ground adjustable composite propeller for the Continental O-200 engine. We have also removed the time between replacement of the bolts that was set at 50 hours. We now recommend replacement of the bolts at annual.  Please contact the factory for replacement bolts.

Warp Drive Replacement Now Available!

We have completed our testing program of our new Warp Drive replacement blade. Serial production has begun and we are now taking orders for the blades. These blades are the same length as a full length Warp Drive blade. They are considered a one-to-one replacement. They are available in left hand rotation for direct drive and belt drive automotive units. They are also available in right hand rotation for gear drive automotive units. These blades have a co-cured stainless steel leading edge for erosion protection. The blades retail at $350.00 each
