The aluminum forgings are received from the pre-approved Sensenich vendors by our Quality Assurance Manager. Before releasing the forgings into production, the supplier furnishes a chemical and physical certification which is matched to our specifications. One forging out of every eighteen is checked for Rockwell hardness in house (shown here). Every six months the certification package supplied by our vendor is verified by an independent lab.
