Sensenich quality assurance maintains 100% conformity inspection on every propeller. All applicable dimensions are verified to the propeller drawing. In the photo to the left blade angles are being verified.
The propeller is inspected for visual defects. When the inspection is completed, the propeller record is stamped by the Quality Assurance department. In the picture to the right, blade thicknesses are being checked at various stations.
