Decorative Cub Prop

Classic 1940’s wood propeller constructed of laminated Birch using resorcinol glue, just not up to airworthy standards.  Perfect for that fireplace mantel or place of honor on the wall.  Hand formed brass tipping installed with rivets and screws just like the airworthy props, just left unfinished on the back side to show the workmanship.  Painted with the classic Sensenich green tips and spar varnish finish.  

6′ diameter / weighs approximately 10 lbs.

NOTE:  per FAA regulations, the bottom of the hub is stamped “not airworthy” and has large counterbores to make it obvious this work of art should not be installed on an aircraft.
